| 抗污膜的材料以氟化物为主，有二种加工方法，一种是浸泡法，一种是真空镀膜，而最常见的方法是真空镀膜。而最常用的方法是真空镀膜。当减反射膜层完成后，可使用蒸发工艺将氟化物镀于反射膜上。抗污膜可将多孔的减反射膜层覆盖起来，并且能够将水和油与镜片的接触面积减少，使油和水滴不易粘附于镜片表面，因此也称为 防水膜。 The antifouling film is mainly made of fluoride.
