抗污膜的材料以氟化物为主,有二种加工方法,一种是浸泡法,一种是真空镀膜,而最常用的方法是真空镀膜。当减反射膜层完成后,可使用蒸发工艺将氟化物镀于反射膜上。抗污膜可将多孔的减反射膜层覆盖起来,并且能够将水和油与镜片的接触面积减少,使油和水滴不易粘附于镜片表面,因此也称为防水膜。 Fluoride is the main material of anti-fouling film. There are two processing methods, one is immersion method, the other is vacuum coating, and the most commonly used method is vacuum coating. When the anti-reflection coating is finished, fluoride can be plated on the reflective film by evaporation process. The anti-fouling film can cover the porous anti-reflection film layer, and reduce the contact area between water and oil and lens, so that oil and water droplets are not easy to adhere to the surface of lens, so it is also called waterproof film. 对于有机镜片而言,理想的表面系统处理应该是包括抗磨损膜、多层减反射膜和顶膜抗污膜的复合膜。通常抗磨损膜镀层最厚,约为3-5mm,多层减反射膜的厚度约为0.3um,顶层抗污腊镀最薄,约为0.005-0.01mm。以法国依视路公司的钻晶(crizal),复合膜为例,在镜片的片基上首先镀上具有有机硅的耐磨损膜;然后采用IPC的技术,用离子轰击进行镀减反射膜前的预清洗;清洗后采用高硬度的二氧化锆(ZrO2)等材料进行多层减反射膜层的真空镀制;最后再镀上具有110的接触角度的防水膜(如图深圳金域公司WR2防水膜)。钻晶复合膜技术的研制成功表明了有机镜片的表面处理技术达到了一个新的高度。 For organic lenses, the ideal surface treatment system should consist of wear-resistant film, multi-layer anti-reflective film and top anti-fouling film. Usually, the coating of anti-wear film is the thickest, about 3-5 mm, the thickness of multi-layer anti-reflection film is about 0.3 um, and the top anti-fouling wax coating is the thinnest, about 0.005-0.01 mm. Taking the crizal and composite film of the French company Yishilu as an example, the wear-resistant film with silicon was first coated on the lens base; then the pre-cleaning before the anti-reflective coating was carried out by ion bombardment using IPC technology; after cleaning, the multi-layer anti-reflective coating was made by using high hardness zirconium dioxide (ZrO 2) and other materials. Vacuum plating; finally coated with 110 contact angle waterproof film (such as Shenzhen Jinyu WR2 waterproof film). The successful development of drilling composite film technology shows that the surface treatment technology of organic lenses has reached a new height. |
